EXPERT ROOFING INSTALLATIONS YOU CAN COUNT ON!
Any roofer can nail shingles onto the roof deck. It's how you do it that makes all the difference, and we ensure that every roof we install is both beautiful and long-lasting. Our roofing company follows a carefully planned process that includes precise installation and use of top-quality roofing materials. Do you want to know more? We are more than happy to share our process, one that has served us and our customers well for more than 30 years!
MAINTAINING AN “ATTENTION TO DETAIL” PROCESS FOR 30+ YEARS!
Structurally Sound Decking
The foundation on which your roof rests must be strong enough to support the roofing materials. Without a proper roof deck, leaks can form due to shifting materials and supports. Before we install your roof, we thoroughly inspect the substrate to identify possible problem areas like weak joints and connections, loose nailing, and wood rot. Over the years, we've encountered many roofs with old and deteriorated plywood sheeting, and we never install a roof on top of sub-par materials.
Uniform Shingle Underlayment
It's important that the shingle underlayment is smooth and uniform to ensure that the shingles are installed evenly. Before installing the shingles, we repair or replace the underlayment as necessary, removing all old roofing materials that could negatively affect the installation of your new roof.
Metal Drip Edge Installation
We commonly find backward laps and cut square corners when we are called to provide a roof repair or replacement. We install a metal drip edge around all perimeter edges. While other roofers might miss this step, we ensure that all corners are properly mitered and lapping, and we also install a 3-piece flashing. Additionally, all dead valleys and crickets are lined with weather shield for added leak proofing, which is important for areas that experience excessive rain. Our method is the best in the industry!
Proper Shingle Application
Our detail-oriented roofers provide precise shingle installation. This includes using the right starters and cap shingles, installation over valleys, and placing nails in the proper place. We never skimp on quality. The correct number of nails is always used to ensure that your roof is highest quality.
Cleanup and Inspection
Last but not least, we inspect your roof to ensure that our standards are met fully, and we clean up the job site to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. At All American Roofing, we take pride in a job well done. That's why our proven installation process is summarized with one phrase: We Pay Attention to the Details!
