Call Center Representative

The outbound sales team will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all inbound inquiries and converting contacts to qualified sales, appointments and leads for the sales team. We are looking for the Best of the Best to work with our warm customer base. We are looking for money motivated career minded people to set free no obligation estimates for our sales staff. We also do events that generate a ton of follow up warm calling material.

Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
• Resolve client inquires and complaints
• Maintain record of client contact information
• Perform other administrative duties assigned

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years sales experience
• Customer service experience (recommended)
