INSURANCE:
We follow all OSHA regulations and guidelines, and conduct mandatory monthly safety meetings. All American Roofing has had no work related injuries since our inception. We are also fully licensed, insured and bonded. Our general liability coverage is two million, our workers compensation and automotive coverage are one million. A copy of our insurance certificate can be mailed to you directly from our insurance provider naming your residence as ‘additional insured ‘.
AWARDS:
Most recently we received the 2009 Better Business Bureau of Delaware Annual Torch Award for Business Ethics in the Market Place. This award is presented annually by the Better Business Bureau in the State of Delaware to only one contractor and is awarded for Trust and Performance with Integrity. All American Roofing has had the unprecedented honor of winning this Award twice.
All American Roofing placed as a finalist in the 2008 News Journal’s Reader’s Choice Award for roofing, siding and window installations.
All American has also received the GAF Consumer Protection Excellence Award.

All American Roofing has also achieved the exclusive status as a Certified GAF/ELK Master Elite 
roofing contractor since 2001. Only 3% of the roofing contractors in the U.S. have achieved the Master Elite status. We are committed to the highest standard in sales, service and installation.
WARRANTY:
All American Roofing can provide a Golden Pledge Warranty for your roofing project. This is by far the best warranty in the business and provides a non pro-rated warranty for 100% of all materials and labor for 20 years. This warranty is provided by GAF/ELK Materials Corporation which is the oldest roofing material manufacturer in the USA. Each and every roof will be inspected by a certified GAF/ELK Inspector upon completion. Once the roof passes a stringent 40 point inspection you will be issued a GAF/ELK Corporation warranty in your name. The warranty may be transferred once to a new owner. The coverage includes full replacement cost (material and labor) through GAF/ELK for the entire non pro-rated period of 20 years with the purchase of a 30 year shingle. As a result of our Master Elite status with GAF/ELK our roofing customers are eligible for this warranty. (Lifetime shingles have a 50 year non pro-rated warranty)
PHILOSOPHY & MISSION:
Our philosophy, and an integral key to our success at All American, is treating our customer’s as we want to be treated. When we install a new roof our utmost concerns are safety and respect of the customer and their property. We protect all shrubbery and vulnerable plantings with a temporary plywood structure. We drape a tarp from the guttering down to the ground and over all of our temporary plywood structures. The old or existing roofing material is then removed from the tarp and placed in wheelbarrows. The material is wheel barrowed into our container as it is removed as to avoid unsightly piles of debris. The container for debris always remains in the street. We never place any heavy equipment in the driveway or the property.
Our shingles are never delivered “rooftop”. This avoids heavy loads which can potentially stress roof components such as rafters and ridge beams. We use a power ladder to get the shingles on the roof as we need them and avoid stacking bundles of heavy shingles on the roof. The grounds are meticulously cleaned and magnetically swept. Our mission is to leave the property cleaner than we found it.
Our vehicles are all newer and do not leak oil. Our uniformed men do not play music or remove their shirts. They are clean cut, polite and respectful at all times. There is no profanity on our job sites and vast majority of our roofing mechanics have been with us for over 10 years.
